πŸ”Ή 𝐄𝐦𝐩π₯𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 π“π²π©πž: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

β€’ Assist with recruitment process: drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, communicatingΒ  Β 

Β  with candidates etc

β€’ Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical) across ERP

β€’ Support payroll processing

β€’ Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, benefits, etc.

β€’ Assist in employee engagement, training & development, and internal events.

β€’ Support performance management processes.

β€’ Assist with exit formalities: exit interviews, paperwork, offboarding tasks.

Β Qualification & Skills

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

β€’ 1 years in HR, administrative, or office support role.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP.

β€’ Basic understanding of Nepal labor laws, HR best practices, and HR documentation

β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills in Nepali & English

β€’ Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, able to maintain confidentiality, good interpersonal skills

β€’ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities; a service-oriented mindset
