Support Technician
Department: Technical / Operations
Location: Kalanki, HO
Reports To: Line Manager / Technical Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-1 years, An intern is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct tests and interpret results to recommend corrective actions
* Prepare reports, safety guidelines, and preventive maintenance plans
* Read and follow technical manuals while coordinating with professionals
* Update support tickets upon issue resolution
* Provide on-site support at off-site locations when required
* Maintain availability during office hours and respond to urgent situations
* Perform additional duties assigned by the Line Manager when necessary
* Support the company’s vision and operational goals
Qualifications
* +2 passed or Bachelor running
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and documentation
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision
* Willingness to work out-of-hours on occasion and travel to sites when required
* Positive learning attitude and commitment to safety standards
