Key Responsibilities
β’ Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) in ERP systems.
β’ Coordinate with team members for invoice generation and order fulfillment.
β’ Follow up with clients for timely payments and maintain payment records.
β’ Assist customers during store visits and address their inquiries promptly.
β’ Handle customer concerns professionally through calls, emails, and online platforms.
β’ Work closely with the finance team for payment entries, intercompany billing, and reconciliation.
β’ Liaise with delivery assistants, warehouse teams, and partners for dispatch and stock updates.
β’ Collaborate with internal departments (HR & Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and Administration).
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
β’ Uphold the organizationβs values and professionalism in all interactions.
β’ Work flexible hours when required to meet operational or customer needs.
Qualification & Skills
β’ Minimum +2 (Intermediate) level in Management or equivalent; Bachelorβs degree preferred.
β’ Basic computer literacy; knowledge of MS OfficeΒ
β’ Strong communication and coordination abilities.
β’ Good organizational and time-management skills.
β’ Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
